Solid hardwood is dried, seasoned, and cut using computerized CNC routers to eliminate structural weak points.

Multiple densities of premium foam are layered and bonded to provide balanced pressure relief and long-term loft.

Every finished piece undergoes rigorous dimensional, stitching, and load testing before leaving our Dapode facility.
